There's always been a lot of professional courtesy, personal friendship, and assumption of good faith among DC education policy people of different political persuasions.

I can’t imagine that ginning up military conflict with Denmark was high on the list of motivations for Trump voters, but tbf, I’m not sure it was ever polled.

When it comes to forecasting the long-term health of Bluesky as a platform, this is a more significant metric than the recent spike in users. If news orgs and content creators are able to get subscribers from their activity here, they’ll make this the go-to place for news and informed analysis.
Traffic from Bluesky to @bostonglobe.com is already 3x that of Threads, and we are seeing 4.5x the conversions to paying digital subscribers.
