I have hiked the Colorado Trail and the Continental Divide Trail in Colorado. I have lived in Colorado since 1977 and have backpack to many alpine lakes whether there was a trail or not.

Another correction, it is not Bondholder Creek Valley. It is Spring Creek Valley and Bondholder Trail is in that valley.

Looking down the Stewart Creek Valley. Baldy Alto (13,698') is on the left.
Everything else is correct. I will add here the Stewart Creek leads back to Eddiesville.
