Americans: In Canada I had prostate surgery, radiation treatment, knee replacement, physiotherapy, numerous X-rays, scans, tests, specialist appts, hospital stays, & drugs. Cost to me total: under $1,000, mostly for travel, drugs, & parking. That's what universal not-for-profit healthcare offers.

The USA is the only developed country in the world without some form of Universal Healthcare

The current system is based on for profit, not based on taking care of your citizens. The USA has the capability to implement it, but they do not.
