After my back injury 18ish months ago and the subsequent setbacks, I never thought I’d be under the bar again. It’s not my heaviest squat ever but it is by far my favorite.

This is what systematic fatigue can look like. These 80s typically move for 8-10 but over the last 2 weeks it’s gone down to 5-6.
I unfortunately ignored the giant red flags in front of me and have had to take an entire week off to rest my CNS and allow some aches and pains to heal up
