I appreciate that Netflix has supported auteurs, but I'd like them to support cinema too. And cinema is under threat. At least the old studio moguls valued cinema as a business and therefore accidentally as an experience.

I'm glad that the sequel(s) are reportedly safe and that Par is simply taking a leaf from Sony having animated and live-action Spider-Men, but yeah... repulsive.
