I had a health crisis so bad I was struggling to breathe and having convulsions on laying down. The ER ran multiple tests, didn't find anything wrong with me and sent me out with a pat on the back.

I have chronic nausea and fatigue, and no tests (including surgery) can find anything wrong.

At least within the USA. Supposedly, in Japan "everything talks to you" and I imagine it's things like microwaves announcing food is ready or cars stating if a door is left open, E-brake is on, etc. Which if true, is more practical than a shrill beep not specifying anything.
