The Etrian Odyssey series, along with its Persona spin-off titles are fantastic games, with EO IV being my first and favorite.

Highly recommend Persona Q2 over 1, it's far more refined with more characters to play with.

Is it okay to do things like shade the inside of a characters ear?

This is the only part that's shaded, mostly because I think it looks weird without it but would this confuse you at all?
