I apologize for the image quality; it is not simultaneous with the previous pic, but a few minutes later. QRSs after AS (🟢) are recognized as VP. QRSs after AP (🔴) are correctly interpreted as VS.

In AMS the pacemaker switches from the DDD mode to DDI mode or in VVI in some cases. Here the AR is 75 bpm, if the AMS has been activated is it due to atrial oversensing?

I think it should be reprogrammed to DDD if it is in VVI. If it is already in DDD, there would be a malfunction of the atrial lead with pacemaker syndrome (I notice P on the T).
