I apologize for the image quality; it is not simultaneous with the previous pic, but a few minutes later. QRSs after AS (🟢) are recognized as VP. QRSs after AP (🔴) are correctly interpreted as VS.

Good morning, I need your help. I have a nagging question: why are these spontaneous QRSs interpreted as VP? Capture and sensing parameters are normal Thank you for your help.

It's not easy for me to understand the variation of QRS (narrow-wide-narrow). BTW, in this analogous case BP 80/50 mmHg with VVI pacemaker (left). BP 120/80 mmHg with DDD pacemaker (right)
