I had to rush the bake unfortunately.

This bake was good and repeated the success from the other day. I might have the basics for doing multiple loaves in this oven down. Now I get to experiment in different ways.

Awww yea. Finally got my oven dong what I've been wanting it to do for a couple of weeks now. I'll have to write up a post this evening.
