Trying to ensure that they are always both positive and supportive.
The main aim should be to keep players motivated and looking forward to the next time they play, so there should be no negativity from the adults perspective.

I would imagine that your son being in the team is more immersed in football conversations than many others.
Something I talk about regularly to grassroots coaches is the effect of the car conversations both to and from games or training.

It is an excellent listen and both of the guys do some great work.
As I regularly mention to grassroots coaches is, many of the tools I might give them will make more work for them, knowing that they are already time poor.
It's a huge challenge for them and instructing is sadly quicker.

Good to hear you felt the session went well Lewis, if there was only one thing you would change, that's positive.
I hope you got positive feedback from whoever your developer is.
