Really fantastic. Growing up in Tulsa was very different, but there is similar nostalgia for art deco buildings from when we were “the oil capital of the world”. That legacy of oil and gas still employs something like ~20% of the population

The brick looks really good. Makes me wonder what the price premium is because you see so little of it in new buildings (Boston area is my main point of reference)
