- I don't mind the Dubon trade - worst case scenario, you get a bat that is marginally better than Allen with a great glove to accompany. I hope that it ends up as an insurance policy, not him starting everyday.

I love finishing my fstab notes (I do notes on every #linux concept/command I learn) and thinking "oh ill look at the mount/umount man pages bc adjacent"

Still can't get over the Braves and Brewers doing a combined postgame show. Feels weird having a Brewers analyst sitting alongside a Braves analyst. (in the sense that Braves usually have their own postgame show in some Atlanta studio when on the road)

this is why local news in so many of its forms is so important. people in media who serve a community, not a national audience, who can build up decades of credibility. it's not just that he's speaking up but that there's a possibility people might listen. this is what's lost when you gut local news
