Towns around Cincinnati have Flock license plate readers (www.atlasofsurveillance.org/search...) which ICE can use to track people. Local police departments perform searches in the Flock database for ICE (www.404media.co/ice-taps-int...) Flock forcibly shares the data (www.aclu.org/.../flock-ma...)
