Frenchie Cocktail

2 oz Tanqueray gin
1/2 oz St Germain liqueur
1-1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Shake with ice and strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, but I used canned juice.

In celebration I made:

Corpse Reviver #2
3/4 oz:
Gin
Cointreau
Kina L'Aero d'Or
Fresh lemon juice

-Absinthe rinse

Chill a coupe. Rinse with the Absinthe, you’re supposed to dump the extra but WTF, it’s Absinthe Day!

Stir with ice, strain into the prepared glass.

This is the The Left Hand

1.5 oz Bourbon, Four Roses
.75 oz sweet vermouth, Cocchi di Torino
.75 oz Campari
3-4 dashes chocolate bitters
Luxardo Cherry garnish

Stir with ice in mixing glass, strained over large rose ice.

Tonight’s cocktail is the Parasol.

It’s a riff on the Daiquiri by Shannon Mustipher and it’s good!

2 oz white rum
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz banana liqueur
1/2 oz pineapple juice

Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg if you have it.

Yummy drink!
