It wasn't as messy as that. The wines aee served separately, and blindfolds removed in between the wines. And you hold the glass as the wine was poured. I'm known for spilling. I didn't. It does however take around 40% more time.

I'm Romanian wine buff, and I love our wines and wine bars, but I'd be curious which are some of your favorites.

I loved blending parties (in the winery) using young white wines. We'd work in teams to blend, we'd compete and take a bottle of our own blend home.

I've also loved a "fully blind" tasting, where the eyes were covered and we ended up guessing based on texture and aromas. Fun mistakes were made :-)

Can I disagree? I have just added you via a starter pack, because none of my friends and acquaintances are on Bluesky yet, and searching by name for people to follow is tedious (although I admit I did add Wine Folly and Decanter and Jancis Robinson that way).
