She says so confidently that Mr. Garcia is an “MS13 Terrorist” but when I research this, it seems the DOJ has never been able to substantiate any of this in court. DOJ originally admitted their “administrative error” and then that attorney was put on leave for making that admission. They are evil.

They are snatching people off the street and sending them away to brutal prisons in foreign lands with zero due process - and they won't even bring them back when they realize a mistake was made.
