This post almost makes me wish I had left this giant glass gem installation on the exposed brick wall at my old place

Ah well, time to think of another ridiculous project that makes me smile from start to finish...
A couple hundred glass gems arranged in the shape of a towering wave, individually affixed to an interior exposed brick wall. Most of the gems are clear, and some are shades of light blue. Most of the gems are also small and round, like marbles cut in half, but some are larger and oblong, like the shape of a large thumb. At the base of the wave, the gems are crowded together; they gradually spread further apart as your eye travels up the wave to the crest. A close up of the glass gem wave on a brick wall (described in detail in the first photo). This shot features the inner wall and crest of the wave. In this view you may see the blue tack dots behind each gem, affixing them individually to the wall. I'm eating more lentils!
Close up on a bowl of food. Peeking up from the bottom are some "very brown" rice and lentils (cooked with plenty of oil and butter)! On top is a layer of roasted green beans and sautéed brown beech mushrooms (tiny, thin, grow in clusters). The sauce for the veggies turned out great. Started with canola + sesame oil. Then I mixed in soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, ground shrimp, coriander, and red pepper flakes.

Green onion will get used in crab dip and tuna salad. Lettuce boats and everything bread can pair with any of the three main dishes. Cabbage-question-mark could go raw in tuna salad, or cooked with crab dip, or both. Eggs, acorn squash, sweet potatoes, and extra mushrooms are available for a whim. I have no idea what I might do with aquafaba, but I do have some!
