Literally today Anthropic published a blog post about their second attempt at doing this in their own office and talked about how much of a rousing success it was compared to the first attempt. Seems like they knew about this WSJ situation.

That final log in is also literally the day after Trump was inaugurated, which feels like..... something.

My more optimistic take on this is that Roberts could be viewing this as an opportunity to try to buy the court back some credibility for all their horrible decisions by affirming "oh, yeah, we're rational and normal, so obviously birthright citizenship is an unquestionable issue". Still terrifying.

Aren't they basically just rebranding it though?
