#urgent ! im 20 days past due on rent, new management is at my building, and i have some other bills to pay soon/overdue. 800 is needed asap, and 1773 is needed in total, when accounting for next month's rent, debt, and bills.

This is why the “peaceful protest” distinction does not matter - the pigs will fire at you & beat you either way. All you’re doing is playing into the state’s narrative of “good” vs “bad” protesters.

I took my 90 year old grandmother to tea at the Huntington. Then my kids and I went to a Taiwanese bakery. There are no riots.

Guys. I'm in LA. I'm going to a variety show tonight across town. There are not riots happening. There are peaceful protests being fired upon.
Peaceful means nonviolent hut it does not mean sedate. No rioting, no looting is happening. LA is protecting neighbors.

I'm so sad about David Lynch. What a devastating loss. This adorable man brought me so much joy in the 20 years since I was first introduced to his work. His weather reports brought much needed light to the early pandemic days too. The sight of him makes me feel warm. I've feared this day. RIP 💔😭
