I think it's apropos for Star Wars. Lucas was always a motorhead. You can see those kinds of nods to his hobby here and there, such as the X-wing's fuselage being a dragster body, the sounds they used for podracers, the airspeeder Ani and Obi fly in Ep. 2, and such.

It's admittedly an odd hill to die on, but I think it's quintessentially Star Wars that some kids stuck on a desert backwater planet watched some holos of what life in the core worlds is like and try to emulate it.
They long for a life somewhere else, so they try to bring that life to their home.

That's definitely not true. The Darth Plagueis novel definitely lacked camp, and the whole Vong arc in the original EU was definitely at tonal odds with what Star Wars was before that, yet there's still a large subset of fans that hold it dearly.

My feeling was that this is an entry point in the series for kids who might not have the intuit for the pace of the original's game's action and RPG-lite mechanics.

I strongly disagree with this because I think Star Wars is one of the few mediums that can transcend genre boundaries.
I think it's perfectly fine for it to have something "campy" like Star Wars Resistance and more serious like "Andor" share the same space.

I would think. Base range for his 1 is single digits IIRC, or will if it isn't already.

+50% CC can be raised with Strength Mods. On kill shadows will spread to other enemies. Great for high CC weapons.
Haven't played enough to know if this can chain this indefinitely provided you kill within the duration time.

The excitement over the possibility of where Star Wars could go after seeing this trailer was intoxicating. It's still a treasured memory, for all the faults Ep. 7 had.

His augment for his first ability is what makes him viable late game. Doesn't have much else going for it beyond that IMHO.

Also, the budget for it is like astronomically lower than Concord. The game will likely do just fine for lifetime sales; no need for it to be front-loaded like Concord.
Plus, I never saw the game as targeted for adults. This was a kids' game through and through. It'll do just fine.

Loving this MIDI Series for the reason you mentioned: a UCS Venator is a need, but cost and space economy is a premium. These MIDI sets solve both problems while retaining detail.

I think it will have a lot of draw from people who don't traditionally get Lego. Grogu stuff is wildly popular with kids and adults alike, and this set doesn't look too busy to make it look out of place in a home office/part of a decorative piece at the home.

The problem was that there was no plan and no single creative figure that dicated the narrative flow of that trilogy.
Directors had a lot of freedom to do what they want (except for Ep. 9 it seems), which looked great on paper, but bad for overall cohesion.

There's a lot of community run lists you can add where if there's any trolls or bad actors, it will automatically mute them from your feed.
