I wish the House would get to it! what are they waiting for? I thought the power to impose tariffs ultimately rests with Congress. It is Congress who gave Trump the power to put tariffs on goods, but they can take away that power easily.

This is an under-appreciated fact: the power to levy tariffs is vested in Congress, not POTUS. It CAN stop this created crisis anytime.
