You are correct that Hawaii (including the country's territories) should have been included as part of the U.S. However, "Central America" is not a continent, but the southern region of North America; from Guatemala & Belize(N) to Panama(S).

Trust me, I know, I was a stockbroker in the 80s.
I never trusted Reagan as governor of California, and I've despised him ever since the complicit DNC failed to back Carter's re-election campaign, and laid the groundwork for Orwell's boy toy.
