This week has been a rollercoast, and it's only Thursday. Scampi isn't doing well, but she's still here, if only for a little while. It'll be hard to say goodbye, but we're both treasuring the time we have left together.

This. I removed most apps from my phone but occasionally check socials on my laptop but I feel so much more relaxed? Instead of scrolling before bed time I'm back to The Old Ways of reading a book or playing Pokemon on my DS.

I'm trying not to worry because she doesn't act or look sick 😭 she's made a lot of progress already. The vet bills suck but I want to make sure I did everything I could in case things go bad. But i'm wishing every day and things will be okay.

New blood tests came back and the antibiotics helped but shrimp still isn't 100% doing great. She is eating regularly again and her kidneys are better but she's going to be put on a special kidney diet 😔 and we're doing an echo scan tomorrow.
