I got to spend the last hour or so sharing some of the aspects of my amazing job at @nationaltrust.org.uk for the @sanhs.org webinar series!

And my parents even watched whilst on their holiday in South Africa!!

My folks are in South Africa, and my mum has just sent me a photo of a postbox in Cape Town as I have a bit of a soft spot for post boxes...

Yesterday we made the trip south for a few days of rest and recuperation in Cornwall.
Had to stop off at Lanhydrock to see the glorious magnolias in bloom en route!

Yesterday was the end of #IBDAwarenessWeek.

I was diagnosed with #CrohnsDisease over 20 years ago, right in the middle of my GSCE exams.

I'm so lucky to have an amazing support network, as it can be really tough.

It affects my relationship, friendships, and work, but I won't let it define me...
