There was hail around 5pm in Fremont last night! It wasn't accumulating, as it was melting fair quickly after hitting the ground, but it was cool. 🌧

Would love it if you shared it! 💚🎶🎵

(Although, if you aren't comfortable doing that - totally get it...)

I LOVE all four & have a soft spot that each of them fill 🙂

But red pandas just elicit something to the next level. During my 20's, I lived 2 blocks from the National Zoo in DC.

On snowy weekend mornings I would take my bagel & coffee & watch the red pandas.

I was young, broke, & that was joy ❤️🐼

I am now terrified of where else you might point that cam...

I would give *anything* for a snowy winter this year!

I love snow, and there have been a couple of rough patches the last two years - but a good, snowy winter would make up for a lot! 🙂

I'm happy to light black candles at midnight for the next month if it would help 🙃❄️

Definitely not adding anything unnecessarily & I'm grateful for good suggestions :)

Please feel free to throw out other ideas. I know we all have different goals, but I'm here mostly for community & to hear what ppl choose to share when we have common interests. I like learning from others 🙂

This is the 2nd doc you've suggested for me; thank you!

It's been a busy fall, and
I'm *very* behind in: 'just relaxing at home & watching some quality shows/movies.' But December is really open for me, so I'd like to get some items off my to-do list.

Both of these films will be part of that :)

I really don't care for Bill Maher, and as a women - I can guarantee you, I'm not alone 🙃

Years ago I thought he was funny, but my opinion has 'evolved...'

And something odd, I have NEVER watched his show on HBO, but *every* time I watch John Oliver, it's what gets suggested to me.

Nope; next.

I have that book and have read it!

Of course I read it in today's world, so I know I have very different perspectives than when it was published. But personally, I thought it was overly maudlin and kind of weird :)

I did know that it caused 'copycat' suicides, but I had a hard time seeing why...

If you look at my profile, I have almost the same picture that I took in 2015 when I moved to Seattle 🙂

I love that shot! 💚

I live in Seattle & take Amtrak to both Portland & Vancouver at least 2X every year. The PDX trip is "meh" for scenery, but going to BC is gorgeous in places.

And while yes, you can buy booze, you can also bring your own! When I take the later train to BC, I always bring a picnic dinner and 🍷:)

Oh, and I color code which streaming platforms the shows are on, as that makes it a little easier for me.

I have a similar list for movies.

I only have HBO, Netflix, Hulu, and Prime - so that helps some too...

Well, it's not the sexiest platform, but I use One Note and it works pretty well for me.

"She's Gone" is my favorite song of theirs.

It was early in their career, and didn't get the same air-time of their later work, so I know many people aren't aware of it.

But I love it, especially the jazzy sax bridges 🎶🎵

Hey Storm ~ I worked for MCI in DC from 1991 to 1997.
I started as an a analyst in the consumer division in Pentagon City for two years.
Then I made it to manager, and worked in the Strategy and Technology division under Sherry Morehouse at the headquarters, 1801 Penn.

Did we overlap?

Can't wait to see more pictures of the gorgeous little boy!

He looks thrilled, safe, and ready for play 🐾

I'm an accountant, and at this point in my career, have made it to a decently high level.

When I start a new role, I tell my staff:

This is a safe zone, never feel uncomfortable saying you don't know something. None of us came out of the womb knowing algebra.

I find it odd, this isn't standard.

That is awesome!

Gorgeous snake, and so was the background environment. Then with everyone/all the creatures peacefully co-existed; absolutely love it 💚

I follow a ton of zoos and aquariums, and some of my favorite posts are the ones with animals getting exams, treatments, and Xrays.

It's a wonderful way to educate your followers, and also to share just how complicated it is to treat so many different animals.

Thank you - this was awesome!

I don't know this for a fact, which is why I'm saying that first...

But I thought goats were regularly hired (the owners get the $, as I believe there are limitations around goats having their own bank accounts; starting with the whole signature issue...) & do landscaping work. Is that not true?

OMG - that is adorable!

Loved this one!
