My Grammy turns 86 today. She’s survived the deaths of 2 husbands, outlived one of her sons, and fought against cancer, been on oxygen and beat Covid twice, and been my absolute rock, my safe place, my best friend and biggest fan since day 1. Nobody has a better grandmother.

Recently started using the Devil’s lettuce as a way to help manage my chronic pain and insomnia, and I’d like to state for the record that I am a fucking dumbass for not trying this years ago.
