I honestly don't miss them! The food is usually mediocre as well.

Spent most of the meal trying to get the central table decoration to keep me out of the eyeline of all parties. It was excruciating. No one felt remotely jolly.

He has a collection of slightly broken porcelain hanging insulators too. I'm always tripping over them in the garage.

That's the kind of plan I make. This year I was supposed to read one kindle tbr book a month as well as my library books and borrowbox. I did not read one kindle book a month, I maybe read two and then bought more. And a lethal 4 for £1 at my nearest charity shop isn't helping.

Someone who works there says they're told to prioritise parcels over letters which is perhaps why we only seem to get deliveries once or twice a week irrespective of stamp.

Oh that's a shame (although some years it's nice to have a good excuse!!). You're doing the right thing to keep off it as much as. You really want it behind you asap xx

I was a boiler but now I just put it in the air fryer. You can spritz with frylight as well but it's not necessary. It's crisp and tastes richer. Don't even need butter!
