When conjugated to Fab fragments, these dimers can efficiently label receptors at the synaptic cleft within brain tissue. More to come using this technology, but we hope this multiplexed labeling strategy will be useful for others trying to localize multiple small targets within tomograms!

Dimers can be stably purified and are distinguishable from monomers within tomograms, providing unambiguous labeling of multiple targets within the same sample.
