As it turned out, the roads were too bad, so I've been sitting here watching Chicago Med and Youtube, and will do some reading, hoping to finish up the book The Familiar by Leigh Bardugo for a book club. Anything but watching the circus.

I will be driving out to my university to water plants in my lab. Probably hanging out with a grad student for a bit. Not watching the inaugural. May go out to the greenhouse and check on materials for my research project.

Just finished it and had to take some breaks in the last chapter and epilogue. OMG what a ride. READ THIS DUOLOGY.
