Okay same makeup, different top for church choir rehearsal tonight and I got told by this elegant, put together older woman that she loves my bold style and I look like I just stepped out of a fashion magazine and she noticed my hair matches my makeup and she just made my whole fucking year. 🥲

Just over a year before she passed away,my Dad got this angel with changing fiberoptic lights for her. She was thrilled. She had had one for decades before this one, but it had died. It was so lovely to see it last night and think of her delight and joy when she received it.
