Well, I’m not sure what @novonordisk.bsky.social gained from this escapade? Metsera has done pretty well, whether Pfizer or Novo become the next owner. If you’ve missed it, Novo has just announced - on a Saturday morning…- that it will not increase its bid following Pfizer’s counter offer.

Establishing that the government has a right to summarily execute members of any nebulously bounded group that caused the deaths of tens of thousands of Americans should probably worry cigarette companies, liquor manufacturers and vaccine skeptics.

In other news, is Netflix doing a drama following a patient through treatment? I write about health news, I fundamentally believe in its importance, but homicide is just more newsworthy.
At the other end, we see that conditions like heart disease, stroke, and liver disease are very underrepresented.

The spying scandal, refers to the 2012-2018 period. Health Commissioner Várhelyi was a deputy at the Hungarian Permanent Representation from 2011-2015, then became Head of the Representation from 2015, until his appointment as a commissioner in 2019. hu.euronews.com/my-europe/20...
