And this, this is what needs to be taught and with some degree of urgency.

Vaccines the size of a glass of water? More on Tylenol... RFK added study linking it to early circumcision, linking it to autism... All rubbish, but at least Trump said he agrees with vaccination for many vaccines, like polio, but not 82. Still, it's something...

The spying scandal, refers to the 2012-2018 period. Health Commissioner Várhelyi was a deputy at the Hungarian Permanent Representation from 2011-2015, then became Head of the Representation from 2015, until his appointment as a commissioner in 2019. hu.euronews.com/my-europe/20...

Walkin’ the walk. In Belgium, 🇧🇪 it is so easy to get vaccinated, just make an appointment at your local pharmacy, no need to go to the doctor.
I had the flu (Influval) and COVID (Comirnaty/Pfizer). 💉 💉
Thank you Pharmacie Berlaymont.
Though disappointed I didn’t get a “You’ve been brave” badge

It is difficult to express the extent to which I wholeheartedly agree with this, from @thekibosch.bsky.social . It's up there with proactive and a few other terms that should never have seen the light of day.

Eurostat publishes its latest numbers on unmet needs for medical and dental care in EU+. The figures show 3.8% of people aged 16 years or over in the EU had an unmet need for a medical examination or treatment in 2024, mostly due to cost or waiting lists. Denmark is surprising... in a bad way

Unsurprisingly, @ecdc.europa.eu is reporting a rise in NB.1.8.1 Covid variant in Europe. Only Sweden has exceeded 80% vaccination coverage for those over 80. Vaccination levels for those over 60 are lower again - why risk it? www.ecdc.europa.eu/en/news-even...

Dunno, but if these were my flu figures for 2024/25 I’d like to prepare for next season.
But then I’d also like to have a mRNA vaccine ready to roll if say bird flu got out of hand in the human population.

A healthcare system that promotes health is one that promotes vaccination.
