First time attaching a table top honestly so I’ll do a test drill with some scrap to make sure I don’t mess it up too bad and happy it is on smaller peaces easy to redo or fix if need be. Just need to make sure I don’t use screws that are too long! Don’t need to go through the top! lol

As the shelves are practice, I wanted to see how blotchy they would be without the wood conditioner and that I need to get the ventilation better in my basement I chose to just stain. Now to just figure out how to hang the one for the bedroom and the odd spaces wall studs.

I guess they are called figure 8 table top fasteners.

And then done! Three years of waiting finally gone and done with. Then finish up shelf’s and a few more projects and can start on something totally new!

Thank ya! First time with a little mig welder flux wire. Think the feed was too high honestly. Only other thing I’ve done is some soldering and some torch welding back in junior high 30+ years ago.
