Lock, pronounced lock in Irish-English aka Hiberno-English.
Lough, pronounced Lough in Irish-English aka Hiberno-English.

Phonetics aren’t my area of expertise but, assuming most of us know how to say ‘lock’ correctly, the BBC shipping forecast has ‘lough’ right for people in this part of the world.
