The Times identified 120+ instances in which guards were described as having punched, kicked or stomped on inmates, smashed their fingers in cell doors, held their legs apart and struck their genitals with batons, and even waterboarded them — all while they were handcuffed or otherwise restrained.

And I know people will say they don't explicitly target the 19th Amendment. And I am going to point out that they are targeting everything that resulted from it and the sexual revolution. They just started at undermining reproductive rights, the VRA and affirmative action. They want it all.

If they won’t take a polite “no, thanks for the invitation, but we’re not coming” as a perfectly reasonable RSVP, that is not your fault, and you should not be pressured into attending something that will hurt you or the rest of your household.

Remember: the point of this is not deception for deception’s sake, it’s because you are experienced with your controlling/boundary averse relative, and know well that you cannot simply say, “no, I’m not coming, I find these gatherings hurtful & hateful because of you/Uncle Racist/Aunt Transphobe.”
