There's something satisfying about standing next to a manager that once told me that "there isn't a big enough demand for vegan and nut free products, it's not cost effective to keep vegan food in the break room for only one person" and looking at the empty shelf and saying "only one person, huh?"

It was the highlight of my morning to find the sunflower seed butter empty and in the garbage can, the vegan soups depleted, and a sandwich worth of gluten free bread missing from the bag.
