Pie discourse no one cares about: dried fruit in general and raisins in particular do not belong in pie. Pie is a legit breakfast option since it is basically danish-adjacent but with higher fruit to crust ratio. Plus, sweet potato and pumpkin pies are totally like eating vegetables.

Easily the best thing about being the house that gives out toys-- bouncy balls and fancy erasers -- is the glee when you hear "mom! I got a bouncy ball!"

This week I facilitated getting my parents a new living room rug. I have a rug guy, you see, so I sent him their way and told him to bill me. He made some new contacts among their neighbors, so I think it was great for everyone.

Husband is playing No Man's Sky. It sounds like something I would like, so I bought it, changed all the settings to third person minimal camera motion, and tried to play. I have played other 3-D games with no problems. 55 minutes in, I had to turn the game off and return it. Stupid motion sickness,

I know it's a tad early but I know those bitches with the buckets will be out soon. Don't gove them a penny. The volunteers may not know but the salvation army is no ally and actively combative and harmful to many queer minorities especially during the holiday season

Yoinked the bumper cover off the car, pulled the whole headlight assembly off, and they sent me the wrong replacement bulbs. Peeps, it's a mild 32C/90F outside here at 5:30 pm, I didn't need to sit in the drive and disassemble a car only to find the bulb suggested was wrong.
