Played a simplified, micro game of 40K using a mix of models and fudging lots of things with my 6 year old today. He had a blast!

AoS/40k table project! Managed to find the Rugged Hills tiles from Terrainify on MyMiniFactory if I paint them in desert/mountain colours like the example image. I should get something that looks good for both games!

Looks like an AoS model has snuck over into 40K and added some squares to his cloak to blend in!

I think this might be the best painting I’ve ever done. Scrappy grim dark takes time but it fits with my style nicely!

When GW publish stuff like this it makes one thing clear: Gitmob was meant to be a dual AoS/Old World release before stupidity and selling decades old models at 2025 prices took over.

The lore hub for our current 40K campaign continues to grow. I love that some of the players are really getting into it and it is a fun way to collectively track progress.

I’m really looking forward to watching Return to Cadia this week BUT I hope this isn’t a sign that Hammer and Bolter is ditching 2D animation.

Trying for a wine red as the main colour for my Adepta Sororitas. Currently looking kinda brown unless you look really hard at the moment 😅
I refuse to do test models, make it up as you go bulk painting is my jam. So fingers crossed that the top spray and highlights does the job.

Today I took the ultimate gamble: Spray priming Warhammer models in cold weather!
(Just given the can a really good shake, leave it to rest in a bucket of hot water for 10mins, put can back in bucket for a couple of mins if you feel it get cold while spraying)

I'm proud of the Crusade Rules Pack for the current campaign.
I tried to keep it as simple as possible by streamlining the number of sources players can tap into for upgrades. I also put together homebrew supplements for armies without 10th Ed Codexes.
Will put it in a more sharable form soon.
