It was a link from the Army Corps of Engineers to a document from the 90s. Definitely not fake, it had the correct FUDS number on it and the correct names of the people that owned the place (including details that ChatGPT wouldn't know)

One time ChatGPT found a PDF I'd been looking for for a literal decade. But when I asked it again it couldn't find it, and I still can't find it via traditional web search. I don't know how it did it but it's not replicable which makes it useless
