3.) And at the risk of possibly sounding like I'm dropping toxic positivity (I'm not. This is life experience.) I can say things do get better. Just take it a day at a time and understand things eventually improve. You will find that silver lining no matter how dull the shine. It's there. Trust me.

2.) I celebrate today because at one point in my life - I was dealing with such severe depression I told myself I wouldn't live to see a certain age. As of today? I've proven myself wrong 4 years running. And this? This is something I'm actually quite happy to be wrong about. Much love to you all.
