The two issues I have with generative AI are:
1) its creators are censors: both deliberately, and accidentally through not teaching it things, and
2) it may give you the solution and it might give you some understanding of it, but never in sufficient detail to fully understand the subject matter.

I feel for Americans right now. This is their Brexit moment. Only bigger, and worse. There is no plan, no grand design. The executive doesn't know or want to know the scope of what's required. The states will need to sort out this mess. But that will take at least a decade, probably more, to fix.

Having a child, even an adult child, with a damaged mind is hard. Emotionally hard. Nothing hits harder than when all 6'2" of them flees you in terror because you were stern with them. The sterness was over the phone. No physical threats or violence. Just a clash of wills.

I woke up this morning with my brain trying (and failing) to think what seemed like 20 different thoughts at the same time. The mental noise was something else. First time I have noticed this. Bewildering and disorientating.
