Wow that is interesting it works and wears off so quickly. Can fiddle with teh doses in the pen to do that you know

I'm sure you're right about genetic loading. I was always someone who could polish off enormous amounts of food. Snoring and the fear of a CPAP machine was the push that I needed to do something about it.

To be fair, usually mid-morning on a weekday is a good time to go to ED as high numbers of staff...but one can't predict accidents etc.
