It seems kinda sad, but you can’t say they didn’t poutine their time here in the US.

I will do it. Just for you, I will do it.

Yikes. Damn place is falling apart. I’ll do my best to fix things on my layover.

Yeah, I saw that. Unfortunate. Looked like a great place. Also saw the shop Bierkiste just had an eventful, bittersweet closing. Checkout their IG page for pics/video. instagram.com/p/DQtmkYMCM8C/

Thanks! I’ll see what I can do about the recipe. I’m stopping in Munich en route to snowboard in Austria. So, I’ll already have a ski mask and some gloves. Essential heist gear.

Thanks for all the tips. Two other questions. 1. Is the Beer and Oktoberfest a total waste? I’m drawn in by the drinkware collection. 2. What’s a good bottle shop, particularly one that might have Franconian beer? I already have Die Bierothek on my radar.

I think it’s bc many of the attributes that have made lager cool again are also shared with English styles/methods. Consumers just haven’t made the connection yet. 2/2

As I will be short on time, I may have to have too much beer AND make those next day stops!

No thanks. Send him to Staten Island. They seem to like him there.

I should note, this will be early March. So, I’m already carving out time at Paulaner for Starkbierzeit and there will be an obligatory stop at Augustiner Keller. Beyond that, I’m looking for suggestions to cram in every other free second.

Love the help from DC. And, apparently, ahogadas at both places. Impressive.
