That's very sad. Between 84 and 88 the only current band I had time for were #shriekback . Saw them at the Astoria sometime in 86 or 87 and stood in front of him and screamed Bass at him all night rather embarrassingly (I am a bass player if that helps). Wrote so many great bass lines.
