I have a heart rate that dips as low as 35 when I’m sleeping. I’m not super fit (I can just about run 10km in ~58 minutes), I’ve had sleep studies, a heart echo, a 48 hour ECG, nothing showed up. Cardiologist said not to worry unless symptoms beyond “dizzy when I stand up sometimes at night” show up
