The other day I was walking the halls on my break and thought everyone I passed was very obviously checking out my chest. I was like, “Ladies! I know the pecs are alluring, but my eyes are up here.” Then I realized they were really looking at my Administrative Professionals Day bling.

But this is my formal JLA shirt. The casual one has Hawkman. (casual b/c he’s shirtless and hairy-chested)

My Tik-Tok will always be the lovable mechanical man from Oz. And that Tik-Tok can never be banned. Except possibly by Ozma’s decree, but she would never. Also, of late he lives on my upper arm!

Now that Marvel Insider is ending and I’ll never achieve my goal of being drawn into a Marvel comic, I’ll just have to go back to telling people that Dr. Druid was based on me.

A few birthdays ago my niece @jessicaelser.bsky.social gave me a Buffy the Vampire Slayer blanket. Sometimes I’ll discover Buffy making interesting faces on it… (The first two were created by my husband @ddpolitte.bsky.social; the second two were just happenstance)
