Putting on my American history teacher tricorn hat! The US Constitution is a remarkable document. I read it with my eighth graders begin to end each year (with breaks) and we had some great discussions. Here's what Article II, 9.8 says about titles of nobility. (The Founders did NOT like kings.)

TikTok is back. Likely with a 90 day stay as news creators are reporting. TikTok was down for all of maybe 15 hours – which in my opnion was plenty of time to tweak the algorithm to something that is more favorable to the right wing. One of the First TikTok’s I saw on my renewed feed was AOC 1/4

This upsets me for so many reasons - but the long term repercussions on creative industries is obvious: if the heads of studios and publishing companies bow to this these so called liberal industries will fall to censorship albeit a different kind called “we don’t have the budget”.
Jeff Bezos never wanted this cartoon to become public.

He killed it, and as a result, pulitzer prize editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes quit.
