Yesterday, Trump released a plan to rob blue states of Army Corps funding.
His partisan plan cuts off blue states like mine from HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS for water infrastructure we need.

Tonight, I tried to pass an amendment to have a nonpartisan watchdog, GAO, conduct a basic review and audit of DOGE. Everyone should be for more transparency but every Republican in our committee markup voted NO. What are they scared of finding out?

I’ve seen infantile polio, diphtheria and fatal tetanus, but only when on an international medical student rotation in India in unvaccinated children.
And seen deaths in immunocompromised adults who can’t be vaccinated due to cancer therapy due to flu, COVID, chicken pox etc. Let’s not go back.

I’ve cared for infants who stopped breathing w/ pertussis.
School aged kids who died of flu or COVID.
And many of my patients can’t be vaccinated because they’re on chemotherapy or are immune compromised.
Vaccinations save lives of those who get them & those who cannot.
It’s that simple.
