Join Pierce County Parks and the Foothills Rails-to-Trails Coalition on Sept 13, 11 a.m. to noon at the Spiketon Ditch Bridge to celebrate the opening of the new bridge, which re-establishes the Foothills Trail’s 24-mile stretch.

The results are in and the King County Parks Levy campaign is passing with over 70% support! Thank you for voting to support a trails network that is maintained, expanded, and improved over the next six years.

King County Voters! Yes for King County Prop 1 is a YES vote for filling gaps in the King County regional trails network. Renewing the 6 yr parks levy will generate $182 million for trails like Eastrail, Interurban South, Green River, and Lake to Sound trail.

Last night we testified with @spokanereimagined.org in support of Spokane improving their Complete Streets policy. Spokane has a chance to make sure every road project makes it better and safer for people to get around biking, walking, and rolling!

This Saturday, we joined the Galavin Family and about 50 others at the opening of the new Pipeline Trail segment in Tacoma. Trails are good for the economy, the environment, and getting people where they want to go.
